you must call or come into the office and have those changes made by a
Customer Service Representative.
The Pay Portal System is separate and will not notify NORA of your changes
**If you are paying on an account on Disconnect Day,
please call the office to notify us to avoid disconnection.
The system does not notify our office**
Statements or Balances for accounts are generated in the billing
system on the 1st of every month (or the first business day), and
they are automatically mailed out by a third-party billing company.
Please allow 7-10 business days to receive them in the mail.
